Acceptance of Terms

By using Bag Stop Venice’s luggage storage services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Booking & Payment

• Online Booking: €4 per bag per day + payment processing fee.
• In-Person/Offline Booking: €5 per bag per day + payment processing fee.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
• No refunds for early pickups or no-shows.

Storage Duration & Late Pickup

• Standard operating hours: 08:00–20:00.
• For after-hours pickup (after 20:00), prior arrangement and an additional fee are required.
• Unclaimed luggage beyond 7 days may incur extra charges or be disposed of.

Prohibited Items

We do NOT accept:

• Illegal substances or weapons
• Perishable goods
• Valuables (cash, jewelry, electronics) – store at your own risk.

Liability & Insurance

• Bag Stop Venice is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of stored items.
• Customers are advised to insure valuable items separately.
• CCTV surveillance is active, but we do not guarantee absolute security.

Cancellation & Refunds

• No refunds for cancellations after booking.
• In case of service unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
